He is in poor health. The doctors have not been able to pinpoint the cause. Two of his doctors have "retired", one retired, one (a cardiologist) walked away from his practice after many years, his patients are all left without him and searching for another doctor. Derek has found another doctor to accept him as a patient but the first appointment is not until the end of February. Meanwhile he appears to be in heart failure. He needs prayers.
