I am Evelyn and I have lost myself 😢. I love the Catholic Church and since converting in the 1970’s I have been devout and raised my 3 children to love and be grateful for our Catholic faith. I am 70 years old and my children have long been gone living their lives and raising their children except for my daughter. She had her babies baptized in the Catholic Church but her husband and his family are Southern Baptist. My husband left me in 2007. Our family was in shock. I continued going to Mass and prayed hard asking God to help me get through each day. In 2019 when the country was shut down,may have been when I began drifting away from church and I don’t remember going anywhere. I talk to God every day,not in prayer form just talking to Him. I miss Mass but mostly I miss the Blessed Sacrament. I tell myself each week I will attend Mass and go to Confession and then I don’t. I get angry with myself. I need help to strengthen my body and go. Thank you for your time and prayers.
